Etsimme nyt kahta lähihoitajaa keikkatyöhön vahvistamaan tiivistä ja ammattitaitoista hoitotiimiämme, joka mahdollistaa hengityslaiteasiakkaan turvallisen ja laadukkaan elämän hänen omassa kodissaan Mäntsälässä.

Palkkaus: 15,50€-17,55€/h

Kotiin tuotettavissa vammaispalveluiden hoitoringeissämme on käytössä yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan työehtosopimuksen palkkaluokka G22, lähihoitaja (muu Suomi). Tuntipalkka on kokemusvuosista riippuen 15,50 € - 17,55 € / h. Tuntipalkan päälle maksamme 9% lomakorvauksen.

Etsimme tiimiimme lähihoitajaa, jolla on sydän paikallaan ja aito halu auttaa. Eduksi laskemme kokemuksen hengityslaiteasiakkaiden hoidosta, mutta tärkeintä on aito kiinnostus ja halu oppia.

Edellytämme sinulta:

  • Vähintään vuoden työkokemusta hoitoalalta
  • Lähihoitajan tutkintoa
  • Suomen kielen taitoa: Kommunikoit sujuvasti suomeksi.
  • LOVE-lääkelupia: Edellytämme työssä voimassa olevia lääkelupia. Voit tarvittaessa suorittaa luvat kauttamme.
  • Valviran Julkiterhikki-rekisteröintiä sekä tartuntatautilain 48 §:n mukaista rokotussuojaa, tartuntatautilain 55 §:n mukaista tuberkuloosiselvitystä kaikilta, jotka täyttävät THL:n riskikriteerit.
  • Voimassa olevaa sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon ammattikorttia (SOTE-korttia) sekä kokemusta hoitotyöstä ja perushoidollista osaamista.
  • Valmiutta monipuolisiin hoitotehtäviin: Työhösi kuuluu perushoito, lääkehoito, laitehoidot, avustaminen arjessa sekä viriketoiminta.

Tarkistamme rikosrekisteriotteen vammaisten, ikääntyneiden ja lasten kanssa työskentelyä varten.

Jos haluat olla osa tiimiä, joka tekee merkityksellistä työtä asiakkaan parhaaksi, lähetäthän hakemuksesi meille rekrytointijärjestelmämme kautta mahdollisimman pian, kuitenkin viimeistään 22.11.2026! Aloitamme rekrytoinnin jo hakuaikana. Työ alkaa sopimuksen mukaan.
