Haemme lähihoitajia keikkatyöhön Mehiläisen Avustaja- ja hoitajapalveluiden kotiin tuotettaviin vammaispalveluihin Varsinais-Suomeen.

Työssäsi pääset työskentelemään hengitystukiasiakkaiden kotona osana tiivistä hoitorinkiä. Työ on rauhallista ja keskittyy yhden asiakkaan hoitoon kerrallaan. Päivittäisen avustamisen lisäksi tehtäviin voi kuulua lääkehoitoa, haavanhoitoa, perussairauksien hoitoa sekä hengityslaitteen käyttöä. Työtä tehdään aamu- ja iltavuoroissa viikon jokaisena päivänä. Huomioimme kuitenkin toiveesi sekä elämäntilanteesi vuorojen suunnittelussa. Työvuorot suunnitellaan kolmen viikon jaksoissa Omatyö-sovelluksen kautta. Saat työtehtävääsi kattavan ja yksilöllisen perehdytyksen.

Odotamme sinulta:

  • Lähihoitajan tutkintoa (sosiaali- ja terveysala)
  • Halua sitoutua laadukkaaseen hoitotyöhön
  • Voimassa olevia LOVe-lääkelupia (voit suorittaa ne myös kauttamme)
  • Sujuvaa IT-osaamista
  • Hyvää suomen kielen suullista ja kirjallista taitoa

Lisäksi edellytämme sinulta Valviran Julkiterhikki-rekisteröintiä, tartuntatautilain 48 §:n mukaista rokotussuojaa, tartuntatautilain 55 §:n mukaista tuberkuloosiselvitystä kaikilta, jotka täyttävät THL:n riskikriteerit. Tarkistamme rikosrekisteriotteen iäkkäiden ja vammaisten kanssa työskentelyä varten. Edellytämme hakijalta voimassa olevaa sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon ammattikorttia (SOTE-korttia) sekä kokemusta hoitotyöstä ja perushoidollista osaamista.

Huomioithan, että tämän asiakasryhmän kohdalla emme voi huomioida alan opiskelijoita.

Palkkaus: Palveluslisäin mukaan: 15,50 € - 17,55 €. Meillä on käytössä yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan työehtosopimuksen palkkaluokka G22 (lähihoitajat).
