Mehiläisen Sosiaalipalvelut etsii Projektipäällikköä, kasvuhankkeet ja hallinto -tiimiin määräaikaiseen sijaisuuteen 30.4.2028 asti vastaamaan kasvuhankkeidemme tuloksellisesta toteuttamisesta ja niihin liittyvien prosessien kehittämisestä. Toimit projektipäällikkönä hankkeissa, joissa avaamme uusia asumisyksiköitä ja integroimme ostettuja yrityksiä osaksi Mehiläisen Sosiaalipalveluita. Tehtävääsi sisältyy myös hallinnollisia tehtäviä kuten viranomaisyhteistyötä (Soteri-rekisteröinnit), hankintojen kilpailutuksia sekä tila- ja sisustuskonseptien kehitystä. Projektipäällikön roolissa varmistat, että projektit etevät aikataulussa ja onnistuneesti. Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä liiketoiminnan lisäksi konsernimme kiinteistö- ja hankintatiimin sekä talous-, henkilöstö- ja tietohallinnon kanssa.

Edellytämme sinulta kaupallisen tai teknisen alan korkeakoulututkintoa sekä useamman vuoden kokemusta ja näyttöjä onnistuneesta projektijohtamisesta ja prosessien kehittämisestä. Tehtävä vaatii erittäin vahvoja organisointitaitoja, paineensietokykyä ja järjestelmällisyyttä. Erinomaiset yhteistyötaidot, halu auttaa liiketoimintaa ja kyky ratkaista arjen haasteita ovat edellytys työssä onnistumiseen. Sosiaalipalvelualan lainsäädännön tuntemus sekä kokemus asiakastietojärjestelmistä ovat ehdoton etu valittavalle henkilölle.

Työpisteesi sijaitsee Helsingissä ja sisältää säännöllistä matkustamista Suomessa. Oma auto helpottaa olennaisesti tehtävän hoitamista. Asiakaspaikkoja sosiaalipalveluissa on yli 8000 ja työllistämme vakituisesti noin 6000 sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon ammattilaista eri puolilla Suomea noin 360 toimintayksikössä.
