Etsimme nyt osaavaa ja organisointitaitoista työnjakajaa vahvistamaan kotihoidon tiimiämme Länsi-Uudellemaalle. Työnjakajana sinulla on keskeinen rooli kotihoidon sujuvan arjen mahdollistajana: vastaat päivittäisen asiakas- ja hoitajatyön koordinoinnista, resurssien optimoinnista sekä toimivasta reittisuunnittelusta.

Koordinointitehtävien lisäksi työnkuvaasi kuuluu myös käytännön hoitotyötä kentällä asiakkaiden luona, mikä pitää yllä vahvaa yhteyttä tiimin arkeen ja asiakkaisiimme. Palkkaus: Noudatamme yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan työehtosopimusta, palkkaluokka määräytyy seuraavasti:

  • G22 pääkaupunkiseutu kokemusvuosista riippuen kuukausipalkka 2 562,61 € - 2 901,33 €

Lisäksi tehtävässä maksetaan erillinen tehtäväkohtainen lisä 200 € / kk.

Mitä odotamme sinulta:

Etsimme tiimiimme ratkaisukeskeistä ja joustavaa ammattilaista, jolla pysyvät langat käsissä nopeasti muuttuvissakin tilanteissa. Toivomme sinulta:

  • Kokemusta työnjaosta ja resurssien koordinoinnista.
  • Kokemusta DomaCaren käytöstä.
  • Ajokorttia
  • Sosiaali- ja terveysalan koulutusta, sekä aiempaa kokemusta kotihoidosta.
  • Valmiutta ja intoa osallistua myös käytännön kenttätyöhön ja perushoitoon asiakkaiden kodeissa.
  • Hyviä IT- ja järjestelmätaitoja sekä kykyä hahmottaa kokonaisuuksia.
  • Erinomaista organisointi- ja paineensietokykyä sekä hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja.
  • Sujuvaa ja itsenäistä suomen kielen taitoa (kielitaso C1–C2).

Edellytämme sinulta: Lähihoitajan tutkintoa, Valviran Julkiterhikki-rekisteröintiä, tartuntatautilain 48 §:n mukaista rokotussuojaa, tartuntatautilain 55 §:n mukaista tuberkuloosiselvitystä kaikilta, jotka täyttävät THL:n riskikriteerit. Tarkistamme rikosrekisteriotteen vammaisten, ikääntyneiden ja lasten kanssa työskentelyä varten. Edellytämme hakijalta myös voimassa olevaa sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon ammattikorttia (SOTE-korttia).
