Haemme työterveyshoitajaa Joensuun yksikköön määräaikaiseen tehtävään 30.5.2027 saakka.

Työterveyshoitajana teet työtä, jolla on suuri merkitys asiakasyrityksesi henkilöstölle ja työyhteisölle. Työterveyshoitajana vastaat sinulle nimettyjen yritysasiakkaiden työterveyshuollon prosessien (mm. työpaikkaselvitykset, toimintasuunnitelmat, terveystarkastukset) sujuvasta toteutumisesta ja edistät työntekijöiden työ- ja toimintakykyä yhdessä moniammatillisen tiimin kanssa. Työsi ei todellakaan ole yksitoikkoista, vaan nautit siitä, että saat suunnitella itsellesi monipuolisia työviikkoja ja pääset kehittämään yritysasiakkaidesi työterveystoimintaa. Saat työskennellä itsenäisesti, mutta et kuitenkaan koskaan ole yksin, vaan sinulla on kollegoidesi ja tiimisi jatkuva tuki. Saat myös laajat koulutusmahdollisuudet läpi uran omien kiinnostustesi mukaan. Työtäsi sujuvoittavat helppokäyttöiset digitaaliset työkalut.

Odotamme sinulta terveydenhoitajan koulutusta ja työterveyshoitajan pätevyys katsotaan eduksi. Voit olla vastavalmistunut tai kokenut ammattilainen - tärkeintä on aito asiakaslähtöisyys, into työhyvinvoinnin tukemiseen sekä kiinnostus oman työn kehittämiseen.
