岗位职责： 1.能够及时发现客户问题并给到正确和满意的回复； 2.与客户建立良好的联系，熟悉及挖掘客户需求； 3.具备处理问题、安排进展、跟进进程、沟通及疑难问题服务的意识跟能力，最大限度的提高客户满意度。遇到不能解决的问题按流程提交相关人员或主管处理，并跟踪进展直至解决； 4.不断接受公司的各项业务和技能提升培训； 5.单休，能接受早晚班，早班时间：8:30-16:00 ；晚班时间16:00-23:30 ，晚班22:00之后可以在家上。

1.全日制大专及以上学历，服务商客服经验或者是淘宝客服经验优先（优秀应届生也可以），客户服务知识和能力，要求一定要有“客户为先”的服务精神。 2.性格要求沉稳、有耐心，善于倾听，普通话标准、流利，反应灵敏。 3.能适应工作环境，有较强的应变能力、协调能力、逻辑能力，能独立处理紧急问题，善于处理客户关系。 4.热爱工作，敬业、勤恳，乐于思考，具有自我发展的主观愿望和自我学习能力。 5.打字速度快，50/分钟。 薪资待遇： 1.工资结构:底薪+绩效，考核日常聊天记录，工作态度等，另外我们14薪哦； 2.享受国家法定节假日，但需要轮流值班； 3.入职缴纳五险一金； 4.试用期2个月，试用期期间薪资不打折； 5.丰厚的三节礼物，生日会等； 6.每季度固定团建，还有其他各种小活动； 7.提供丰富多样的零食，水果等。
