岗位描述： 1、负责组内成员的日常管理、监督、指导、培训和评估;确保组内成员高效有序的进行; 2、参与制定并执行客服流程、服务标准、客服工作计划、日常员工激励和绩效考核管理； 3、处理产品售后的疑难问题，善于发现后服务操作流程中的缺陷问题并及时进行优化， 4、针对客户常见及共性问题及运营推广活动，不断更新客服话术，并做出更新: 5、能独立处理售后、投诉等业务 6、与相关的产品、运营等部门沟通反馈服务中收集到的客户反馈信息 7、负责售后服务成本的控制，以及重大事故、危机事件的协调处理，包括应对策略制定，及时与相关部门沟通解决问题;

任职要求: 1、两年以上电商客服经验: 2、熟悉淘宝、抖音等各大电商平台的规则; 3、有分析以及培训能力，定期培训提高新老员工的综合素质 4、有较强的问题分析能力及良好的客户意识，有一定的亲和力、敏锐度，善于沟通，组织和协调； 5、工作责任心强，认真细心、积极主动、正直诚实，能承受较大的工作压力，具备团队合作精神; 6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
