1.参与光圈智播相关产品的规划与建设，从业务需求支撑、用户调研、需求分析、流程规划和设计、产品功能/交互设计、跟进开发测试与验收、上线发布、客服对接、运营监控等整体流程。 2.业务需求的对接、评估、优先级判断，产出产品方案、撰写产品PRD并协调研发、测试、设计等资源推动落地实现，满足业务支撑所需。 3.利用运营数据评估产品运行实现的效果，跟进用户反馈与建议，持续迭代和优化产品功能；有技术认知，引入到业务场景中，实现客户价值突破。 4.梳理产品知识体系结构，协助客服团队提升对外的客户服务能力，提升产品的品牌形象。

1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，1年以上产品工作经历经验； 2.具备较强的需求理解&挖掘能力，能够有效识别业务需求的主要问题和关键点以及用户的主要产品使用痛点和期待，能够以用户导向做产品设计方案。 3.具备良好的客户关系管理能力和沟通协调能力，较强的项目管理能力，具备跨团队工作推动能力。 4.有较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维和理解能力，熟练用定性&定量多种方式辅助机会识别与取舍判断 5.成熟稳重，抗压能力强，热爱产品有强烈的好奇心。加分项：toB产品经验、直播电商相关经验
