Bei Meierhofer treiben wir die Digitalisierung von Spitälern, Reha und psychiatrischen Kliniken voran. Mit unseren Softwarelösungen für Klinikprozesse, Patientenmanagement und digitale, versorgungsübergreifende Workflows gestalten wir die Patientenversorgung effizienter und sicherer. Als Sales Manager verbindest du Neukundengewinnung mit strategischer Account-Entwicklung und baust unsere Marktposition im Schweizer Healthcare-IT-Markt weiter aus. Dich erwarten komplexe Sales Cycles, viel Gestaltungsspielraum und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Healthcare-IT-Expert*innen.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du gewinnst neue Spitäler und steuerst den Sales Cycle bis zum Abschluss
  • Du entwickelst Accounts weiter und hebst Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale
  • Du gewinnst Entscheider*innen in Management, IT und Fachbereichen
  • Du steuerst Ausschreibungen, Offerten und Vertragsverhandlungen mit unseren Fachteams
  • Du präsentierst unsere Lösungen überzeugend auf Management- und C-Level
  • Du verfolgst Markttrends, pflegst dein Netzwerk und vertrittst Meierhofer auf Branchenevents

Das sind deine Stärken & Skills

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb komplexer Software oder SaaS, idealerweise für Softwarelösungen für Kliniken
  • Du hast nachweislich Neukunden gewonnen und komplexe Sales Cycles abgeschlossen
  • Du kennst das Schweizer Gesundheitswesen und den Vertrieb in regulierten Märkten
  • Du bist versiert in Ausschreibungen, Offerten und Verhandlungen mit mehreren Stakeholdern
  • Du kommunizierst und präsentierst sicher auf Management- und C-Level
  • Du bist innerhalb der Schweiz und bei Bedarf im DACH-Raum reisebereit
