Gemeinsam entwickeln wir digitale Lösungen für das Medikationsmanagement und Clinical Decision Support in Krankenhäusern und unterstützen Ärzt*innen, Pflegekräfte und Apotheker*innen dabei, Medikamente sicher und effizient einzusetzen. Bei uns arbeitest du von Anfang an aktiv mit, bringst deine fachliche Perspektive ein, sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung an der Schnittstelle von Pharmazie, Medizin und Healthcare-IT und leistet somit einen direkten Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Patientensicherheit.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du unterstützt das Produktmanagement bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Software für das digitale Medikationsmanagement
  • Du recherchierst medizinische und pharmazeutische Fragestellungen und bereitest diese für Produktkonzepte und fachliche Entscheidungen auf
  • Du analysierst Anforderungen aus Kliniken und unterstützt bei der fachlichen Bewertung neuer Funktionen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Präsentationen und Produktdokumentationen
  • Du beobachtest Trends und gesetzliche Entwicklungen rund um Digital Health, Medikationsmanagement, Apothekenprozesse und Arzneimitteltherapiesicherheit (AMTS)

Das sind deine Stärken & Skills

  • Du bist immatrikuliert und studierst Pharmazie, Humanmedizin, Medizininformatik, Gesundheitsinformatik, Digital Health, Medizinische Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitswesen und Digitalisierung
  • Alternativ hast du bereits eine Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Notfallsanitäter*in, Operationstechnische*r Assistent*in (OTA) oder Pharmazeutisch-technische*r Assistent*in (PTA) absolviert und studierst heute in einem gesundheitsbezogenen Studiengang
  • Du bringst starkes Interesse an Arzneimitteltherapiesicherheit, Medikationsprozessen und Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen mit
  • Du verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise und hast Freude an konzeptioneller Arbeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
