Bei Meierhofer entwickeln wir Healthcare-IT-Lösungen, die Krankenhäuser dabei unterstützen, administrative Abläufe zu vereinfachen, die Datenqualität zu verbessern und Mitarbeitende im Klinikalltag zu entlasten. Du möchtest bereits während Deines Studiums digitale Klinikprozesse aktiv mitgestalten? Dann werde Teil unseres Produktmanagement-Teams und sammle wertvolle Praxiserfahrung an der Schnittstelle von Healthcare, Digitalisierung und Softwareentwicklung.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du analysierst und dokumentierst Prozesse rund um Patientenaufnahme, Verlegung und Entlassung
  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen für administrative Krankenhausprozesse
  • Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Prozessbeschreibungen und Präsentationen mit
  • Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen von Anwender*innen und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung in Softwarelösungen
  • Du recherchierst Markttrends und Entwicklungen rund um Krankenhausdigitalisierung und Digital Health
  • Du unterstützt bei Workshops, Tests und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen neuer Produktfunktionen
  • Du bereitest Ergebnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen adressatengerecht für unterschiedliche Stakeholder auf

Das sind deine Stärken & Skills

  • Du studierst Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitsökonomie, Medizinische Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Health, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du begeisterst Dich für die Digitalisierung des Gesundheitswesens und moderne Softwarelösungen
  • Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und bringst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich auf den Punkt
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner*innen zusammen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen, Projektumfeld oder Prozessmanagement sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
  • Du kannst uns während des Semesters idealerweise 15–20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen
