Dein zukünftiges Team

Du kennst die Entscheidungswege in Krankenhäusern und bringst Erfahrung im Vertrieb digitaler Lösungen im Gesundheitswesen mit? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Als Account Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestandskunden mit Fokus auf unser Krankenhausinformations- und unser Patientendatenmanagementsystem. Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für deine Accounts, erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst sie systematisch weiter. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen und gestaltest aktiv die digitale Transformation im Klinikalltag mit. Deinen Einstieg bei uns unterstützen wir durch ein umfassendes Mentoring- und Onboarding-Programm.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du betreust und entwickelst eigenverantwortlich überregionale Accounts und Key Accounts im Krankenhausbereich in Deutschland weiter
  • Du identifizierst Cross- und After-Selling-Potenziale und baust unsere Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig aus
  • Du begleitest Ausschreibungen und unterstützt bei Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Du erstellst Angebote und sorgst für deren Nachverfolgung
  • Du überwachst vertragliche Vereinbarungen sowie Zahlungsmeilensteine in Abstimmung mit relevanten Fachbereichen

Das sind deine Stärken & Skills

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen, der IT oder Gesundheitsökonomie
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertrieb digitaler Lösungen für Krankenhäuser (z. B. KIS, PDMS, klinische Subsysteme oder IT-nahe Services) mit
  • Du verstehst klinische Prozesse und weißt, wie Krankenhäuser denken und entscheiden
  • Du verfügst über ein souveränes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office runden dein Profil ab
  • Du besitzt exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
