Dein zukünftiges Team

Unser TechOps-Team verantwortet die technische Infrastruktur unserer Softwarelösungen bei Klinikkunden. Gemeinsam mit Entwicklung, Customizing und Customer Support Engineers stellen wir den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb unserer Systeme beim Kunden sicher. Wir arbeiten eng zusammen, unterstützen uns gegenseitig und treiben gleichzeitig aktiv unsere Plattformen und Betriebsmodelle weiter, mit klarem Fokus auf Linux, Kubernetes und Automatisierung.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Infrastruktur-Betrieb: Du installierst und entwickelst unsere containerisierten Umgebungen auf Basis von k3s stetig weiter
  • Plattform-Management: Du nutzt Tools wie kubectl und k9s für das Cluster-Handling und verwaltest Applikationen professionell via helm
  • Deployment & GitOps: Du verantwortest den Rollout und die Konfiguration über fluxcd oder argocd
  • Cloud-Native Stack: Du konfigurierst Ingress-Lösungen mit traefik und verwaltest sensible Daten sicher über external-secrets oder sealed-secrets
  • Automatisierung: Du bringst dich aktiv in das Design von CI/CD-Prozessen ein, primär unter Nutzung von GitHub/Gitea Actions
  • Support: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei komplexen Infrastrukturfragen und stellst die Hochverfügbarkeit der Systeme sicher

Das sind deine Stärken & Skills

  • Linux-Fundament: Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im produktiven Betrieb von Distributionen wie Ubuntu oder RedHat
  • Systemnahes Know-how: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit LVM, PAM, openssl sowie der Absicherung via SSH
  • Scripting & Data: Du hast Routine in der Shell (bash, sh) sowie in Tools zur Datenverarbeitung wie yq und jq
  • Container-Basis: Du bringst tiefes Verständnis der zugrundeliegenden Laufzeitumgebungen (docker, ctr) mit
  • Hybrid-Kompetenz: Du hast Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Infrastrukturen (z. B. MS SQL Server, IIS) sowie den Protokollen SMB und RDP zur Fehleranalyse
  • Security-Verständnis: Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Absicherung von Systemen (z. B. Windows-Firewall)
  • Mindset: Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst in nachhaltigen Lösungen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Gehaltsspanne

Entlohnung: Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 56.000,-- brutto jährlich gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
