Als Mitarbeiter im IT Support (m/w/d) bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen und sorgst mit deinem technischen Verständnis, deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deiner lösungsorientierten Art dafür, dass Fragen schnell und kompetent beantwortet werden. Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundensupport: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen bei technischen Fragen und Anliegen zu unserem Produkt
  • Help Desk: Du nimmst Supportanfragen entgegen, analysierst diese und begleitest sie bis zur erfolgreichen Lösung
  • Fehlerbehebung: Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei Störungen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld und sorgst für schnelle Lösungen im 1st-Level-Support
  • Remote-Support: Du unterstützt Kunden telefonisch, per E-Mail und über Fernwartung bei technischen Herausforderungen
  • Weiterleitung: Du erkennst komplexe Problemstellungen und koordinierst die Übergabe an den 2nd- oder 3rd-Level-Support
  • Dokumentation: Du dokumentierst Supportfälle, Lösungen und wiederkehrende Fragestellungen im Ticketsystem und in unserer Wissensdatenbank
  • Qualitätsverbesserung: Du bringst Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Supportprozesse ein und unterstützt deren Umsetzung

Danach suchen wir

  • Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung mit
  • Idealerweise bringst du erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich, Support, Key Account Management oder Netzwerk- und Systemintegration mit
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und findest auch in herausfordernden Situationen die passende Lösung
  • Du kannst technische Sachverhalte verständlich erklären und trittst freundlich sowie professionell auf
  • Du analysierst Probleme strukturiert, behältst den Überblick und arbeitest dich selbstständig in neue Themen ein
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und unterstützt dein Team aktiv
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
