The posting

  • 深入理解跨境电商业务逻辑（DTC独立站、Amazon/TikTok/沃尔玛等平台），参与制定海外年度战略目标、市场进入策略及商业模式设计。
  • 主持召开月度经营分析会，精准识别毛利波动、物流成本异常、库存滞销等核心问题，并提出改善方案。
  • 作为财务核心接口人，深度参与海外事业部决策，从财务角度评估新品立项、营销投放ROI及渠道拓展可行性。
  • 搭建适应跨境电商特点的多维度财务模型（按国家、渠道、SKU、品类），主导海外业务的全面预算管理。
  • 针对大促节点（黑五、网一、Prime Day）进行专项财务复盘与预测。
  • 统筹境外资金池管理，优化VAT税务合规（特别是欧洲市场）及转让定价策略。
  • 推动财务系统升级，实现业财一体化自动化报表。
  • 组建并培养高绩效的跨境财务BP团队，提升团队对业务的数据洞察力。
  • 全日制本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计、金融相关专业，持有CPA/ACCA/CMA证书者优先。
  • 10年以上财务工作经验，其中5年以上必须专注于跨境电商/国际贸易领域，有智能家居、消费电子、家电或运动品牌出海经验者优先。
  • 熟悉Amazon、TikTok Shop、独立站等平台的结算规则、回款周期及费用结构。
  • 熟悉欧美（尤其是欧盟VAT、美国销售税）及东南亚税务法规，有应对海关估值及转移定价经验。
  • 具备强数据敏感度，极强的Excel建模能力，熟练使用BI工具（Power BI/Tableau）。
  • 抗压能力强，适应跨境电商节奏快、变化多的特点。
  • 拒绝做“账房先生”，能听得懂业务部门的“黑话”（如CTR, CVR, ACOS, LTV），并能用财务语言翻译给决策者听。
