1、基于业务战略目标（如新市场开拓、新渠道布局、GMV增长目标），制定匹配的人力资源规划（含海外本地化团队招聘策略）。深入业务一线，理解跨境电商的流量逻辑、库存周转、ROI及各国市场差异。 2、诊断组织架构合理性，针对跨境业务“快反”特点，协助优化跨部门协作流程。 3、负责业务线关键岗位的招聘（如资深运营、开发、海外本土人才），建立人才地图，特别是针对稀缺的跨境电商复合型人才。 4、主导事业部的绩效管理体系，设定符合业务特性的KPI（如基于ACOS、LTV、库存周转率等指标），并落地绩效面谈与改进计划。 5、搭建核心人才梯队，识别高潜人才，针对海外仓管理、小语种运营等关键岗位实施继任者计划。 6、熟悉不同国家的劳动法规（如欧盟劳动法、美国雇佣条例），管控用工风险，处理复杂的跨国员工关系问题。 7、设计并实施针对跨境业务的专业赋能培训（如平台新政解读、合规税务知识、跨文化管理）。

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、管理学或相关专业。 2、8年以上HR工作经验，其中至少5年以上HRBP经验，必须具备跨境电商、或互联网电商行业背景。 3、​ 懂跨境业务流程（FBA/FBM、广告投放、ERP系统），听得懂业务黑话，能与业务老大同频对话。 4、了解中国劳动法，并有接触过海外（特别是欧美）人力资源合规知识的优先。 5、 熟练使用Excel及数据分析工具，能通过人力数据（如人效、流失率、招聘转化率）诊断业务问题。 6、英语CET-6及以上，能作为工作语言；掌握小语种（德语、法语、西班牙语、日语等）者优先。 7、能够适应跨境电商行业节奏快、变化多、加班弹性大的特点。 8、具备极强的沟通协调能力和推动力，能在无授权领导下影响业务管理者。 9、面对业务变化及快速增长过程中带来的挑战，能保持情绪稳定并积极解决问题。
