职位描述 1. 负责公司iOS端App的开发和维护，并确保开发效率和质量； 2. 保障iOS系统稳定性与性能指标，主动发现并治理性能瓶颈、稳定性隐患和技术负债； 3. 快速定位iOS端线上问题，并推动复盘改进； 4. 在现有架构约束下，提出iOS端可落地,可演进的技术优化方案，提升App扩展性与维护性； 5.与团队讨论业务场景的实现方案，将业务目标转化为合理的技术实现。 职位要求 1. 扎实的iOS开发基础，精通Swift，Objective-C编程语言； 2. 深入理解iOS SDK（UIKit、Foundation等框架），熟悉 swiftUI和常见的设计模式，并能在业务中合理应用，具备组件化开发经验； 3.掌握iOS多线程编程（GCD、NSOperation），理解线程安全机制； 4. 深入理解iOS runtime、KVO/KVC等底层原理及应用场景 5.具备iOS性能优化（启动速度、内存管理、UI流畅度）及崩溃问题排查能力，熟悉Xcode、Instruments等开发调试工具，熟悉iOS屏幕渲染机制； 6. 良好的代码风格和重构意识。 7. 全日制本科及以上，计算机相关专业。 8.5年以上iOS开发经验。 9.逻辑清晰且具备较强的业务理解能力，具备较强的责任心和执行力，具备良好的代码规范意识和质量意识。 加分项： 1. 985/211院校优先. 2.有软硬结合开发经验优先。 3.具备音视频，蓝牙开发经验。 4.具备较强的技术文档撰写能力，具备较强的学习能力和创新意识。 5.有AI成功落地经验优先。
