岗位职责： 1. 负责多平台矩阵账号日常运营与维护，深耕居家健身器械垂直赛道，把控账号整体状态稳定，统一账号内容调性与视觉风格，持续优化账号内容生态、活跃度与粉丝粘性，保障账号稳定流量输出与常态化更新。 2. 独立完成各类新媒体文案撰写，包括视频脚本、图文文案、评论互动文案，主打居家健身器械种草测评、选购攻略、行业避坑科普等，贴合用户消费痛点与平台流量逻辑，输出高干货、有深度、有种草力的内容，禁止模板套用。 3. 熟练使用PS制作账号封面、图文配图等，规范账号配色、排版与构图，审美在线，产出高质量适配平台的视觉内容。 4. 对账号曝光、互动、转化等数据敏感，定期复盘数据，精准定位问题，快速迭代优化内容与运营策略，提升账号流量与数据。

任职要求： 1. 文案功底扎实：擅长新媒体种草、测评、科普文案写作，懂用户心理与平台流量逻辑，能产出高停留、高互动的优质原创内容，拒绝流水线套话与低质AI内容。 2. 熟练PS+审美在线：可独立用PS完成各类设计工作，精通构图、配色、排版，不依赖模板，作图质感高，贴合新媒体审美。 3. 执行力极强、自驱性高：自律高效，可独立完成矩阵账号日常运营全流程，主动发现并解决运营问题，高效落地各项工作，快速迭代内容。 4. 网感敏锐：熟悉主流新媒体平台规则与爆款内容逻辑，对热点敏感度高，善于借势创作，输出适配平台流量趋势的优质内容。 5. 具备数据思维：擅长通过数据复盘拆解问题，以结果为导向优化内容与运营策略。 应聘要求： 投递需附带作品集：文案作品+PS设计作品+账号运营案例（无完整账号可提供单份作品、复盘案例）。
