工作职责 1.负责海外市场健身课程内容的专业研发与体系化设计 2.根据海外用户训练习惯与内容偏好，制定课程结构与训练逻辑 3.参与海外课程需求评审，评估内容专业度、文化适配性及研发周期 4.建立并维护海外课程研发标准与质量规范，确保内容国际化与一致性 5.协同海外教练、国内内容团队及产品团队，推动课程高质量交付 6.对海外上线课程进行复盘与优化，结合数据持续迭代内容 7.根据需求完成专业的运动健身相关方案高质量交付"

岗位要求 1.全日制本科及以上学历，运动科学、康复训练、体能训练等相关专业优先； 2.1年及以上健身/运动课程内容研发或相关工作经验，持有 NASM / ACE / ACSM / NSCA 等相关认证； 3.具备扎实的运动科学基础，熟悉国际主流训练方法与课程体系； 4.熟悉海外主流健身内容形态（如 Peloton、iFIT、Les Mills 等）； 5.具备海外课程结构设计、难度分级及训练节奏把控能力，能输出英文课程结构文档、课程脚本或研发说明（读写能力）； 6.理解海外健身内容的安全标准与用户预期，具备跨文化理解与内容适配能力； 7.具备良好的中英文沟通与协作能力； 8.具备全球视角与用户导向思维，具备较强的内容判断力与质量意识；

加分项： 1.有欧美留学经历者优先 2.有海外平台、跨文化内容项目经验者优先 3.具备英语口语交流能力优先，以便于与外籍教练沟通，提高工作效率
