工作职责 1.统筹整个内容生产部门拍摄项目全流程管理 2.牵头完成影片风格确立、分镜设计、包装设计、创作核心等工作 3.把控项目成本与周期，在既定成本和时间内，实现质量和效率的平衡 4.统筹现场拍摄、灯光、美术、声音、教练等人员的协作和产出内容的把关 5.对后期剪辑、特效包装、调色、声音音效等内容进行指导，确保成片符合成片符合创作预期，按时交付 6.管理并赋能核心创作团队（导演组、摄影组、后期组等），建立高效协作机制与人才培养体系 7.深度洞察全球线上健身、短视频、直播等内容行业的前沿趋势、技术革新与用户偏好，引领公司健身课程内容创新

任职资格 教育背景：本科及以上学历，影视导演、戏剧影视文学、广播电视编导、影视制作等相关专业毕业，具备系统的影视专业知识储备

经验资历：具备8 年以上影视、广告、头部内容平台或健身行业的一线导演 / 内容创作工作经验，其中至少3 年以上作为总导演 / 项目负责人，成功主导过2-3 个以上公司级或行业标杆级的大型项目落地。 在健身内容领域有深度积累和成功案例者优先，对该领域的用户洞察、内容形态和商业逻辑有深刻理解。 具备成熟的团队管理和项目统筹经验，能够带领 10 人以上的核心创作团队高效协作。

专业知识与硬技能： 1. 精通影视/内容创作相关专业知识，熟知剧本创作、镜头语言、视听语言、叙事逻辑等核心专业理论。 ​2. 熟练掌握分镜绘制、镜头调度、场面调度技巧，能独立完成分镜脚本、拍摄脚本的撰写与设计。 ​3. 精通影视拍摄全流程，熟悉摄影、灯光、录音、服化道、后期制作等各环节的专业标准与操作逻辑。 ​4. 熟练使用各类影视制作辅助工具，包括分镜绘制软件、后期剪辑基础软件，能看懂机位图、灯光图等专业图纸。 ​5. 具备扎实的行业知识，了解当下影视/内容行业的创作趋势、市场需求及行业规范。 有AI成功落地经验优先。
