The posting

1. 测试执行与落地：负责智能健身器材（跑步机、动感单车等）硬件测试方案的制定与落地执行，覆盖测试用例设计、测试环境搭建、测试执行、数据记录及测试报告输出全流程； 2. 模块测试覆盖：承担电机驱动、电控板、射频通信、电池充放电、显示交互、音频等各硬件模块的测试工作，确保产品缺陷充分暴露； 3. 问题跟踪闭环：跟进测试中发现的问题，协助开发进行初步定位与分析，推动问题修复及回归验证，确保问题闭环； 4. 测试工具与效率提升：负责测试工装 / 工具的开发、维护与迭代，持续提升测试执行效率；基于测试实践向研发提出可测试性改进需求； 5. 测试标准维护：参与硬件测试规范、作业指导书及判定标准的编制与更新，确保测试流程标准化、可追溯，保持行业对标。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、机电一体化、通信工程等相关专业； 2. 2 年以上硬件测试相关经验，熟悉智能硬件产品测试流程（需求分析 → 用例设计 → 测试执行 → 报告输出），具备较强的流程意识和执行落地能力； 3. 熟练使用测功机、示波器、可编程电源、电子负载、万用表、耐压仪等常用硬件测试设备； 4. 具备较强的问题初步定位与分析能力，能够独立完成模块级测试任务，对测试数据敏感、判定准确； 5. 沟通协调能力良好，能与硬件开发、结构、质量、生产等部门高效配合推进问题解决。 优先条件： 6. 有健身器材、电机驱动或运动控制相关测试经验，熟悉电机关键参数（反电动势、极对数、测功机负载曲线、相电流、转矩转速特性等）及电控板（MCU / 驱动板 / 电源板）测试方法。 7. 了解安规、EMC 行业知识（如 EN60335、UL60335、GB 4706 等）。 8. 具备 Python/C# 等脚本开发能力，能编写自动化测试脚本或测试上位机软件
