工作职责 一、品牌视觉体系构建与维护 1.持续优化品牌的视觉识别系统，包括但不限于Logo、色彩体系、字体系统、图形语言、影像风格、IP形象等。 2.维护<<品牌视觉设计规范手册>>，确保全球营销、产品、运营团队的统一应用。 3.全案提案输出,针对新品上市或品牌焕新项目，独立完成包含市场分析、竞品调研、用户洞察、设计策略、创意概念及落地规划的完整品牌全案提案，并向决策层进行汇报。 4.探索和定义与"运动科技"品牌定位相符的前沿视觉风格。 二、营销与传播创意设计 1.负责核心产品的上市营销视觉材料，包括官网主视觉、产品海报、广告大片KV、社交媒体创意内容等。 2.主导大型营销活动(如新品发布会、品牌联名、健身挑战赛)的整套视觉创意与物料设计。 3.为数字营销(社交媒体、EDM、信息流广告)及传统渠道提供高质量、高转化率的视觉素材。

任职资格 1.硬性条件 学历与经验： 本科及以上学历，设计相关专业背景。5年以上品牌设计或创意领域工作经验，其中至少1年专注在科技、运动、或智能硬件行业。 全案实战经验： 必须有成功主导并落地执行过的完整品牌全案项目案例，能从项目初期策略一直讲述到最终上市效果。乙方工作经验优先，必须会Indesign排版软件。

2.核心能力 卓越的独立项目运作能力： 拥有从“0到1”独立负责并成功交付品牌全案项目的完整经验，具备极强的项目推动力。 顶级的审美与叙事能力： 对构图、色彩、光影与材质有深刻理解和把控力，能通过设计的创意讲述品牌故事。

3.加分特质 跨界审美：擅长插画或动态视觉设计，能够驾驭潮流化、年轻化的视觉语言 。 技术敏感度：熟悉AI辅助设计工具，对探索AI新领域的应用有浓厚兴趣 。
