1. 参与手游项目的研发过程，完成策划需求分析和测试设计，编写测试用例和执行测试，跟进测试结果，确保对外版本的质量； 2. 负责游戏核心功能、玩法系统、数值逻辑、界面交互、网络同步、兼容性等测试工作； 3. 协助开发人员定位bug，并跟踪问题直至解决，对测试结果负责； 4. 优化测试流程，提升版本质量和开发效率，并对测试工作进行总结和分享。 5. 对游戏体验、稳定性、性能提出合理性优化建议。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机 / 软件工程 等相关专业优先。 2. 2 年及以上游戏测试相关工作经验，有完整手游 / 端游项目上线经验优先。 3. 熟悉游戏测试流程，能独立设计测试点与测试用例，熟练使用缺陷管理工具（如 Jira、Tapd、禅道等）。 4. 具备良好的逻辑分析、问题复现与问题定位能力，做事细心严谨。 5. 有压力测试、兼容性测试、性能测试经验者优先；会基础抓包（Fiddler/Charles）或简单自动化优先。 6. 积极主动，善于沟通和分享总结，有团队合作意识和较强的抗压能力及执行力； 7. 了解游戏开发基础，懂 SQL、Python 等优先。 8. 深度游戏玩家，游戏阅历丰富。
