工作职责 1、负责欧洲单一独立站的整体运营工作，提升品牌影响力和销售收入，高度用户导向，结果导向，对GMV、利润和用户增长负责； 2、制定运营推广，用户转化提升方案，并负责实施落地，结合行业/竞品情况，对流量、转化率、销量、图文数据、用户体验数据等关键指标及环节进行专业的数据分析及洞察，不断优化提升运营方案，沉淀运营方法论; 3、制定并主导各项运营工作流程规范建设，提升运作效率，确保业务稳定性; 4、负责与供应链、市场推广、设计、物流、财务、税务等相关部门合作进行高效的信息共有、资源对接及业务支持; 5、主导网站SEO优化、EDM营销、KOL合作，搭建流量矩阵； 6、分析用户行为数据，优化网站UX和转化漏斗，提升客单价和复购率； 7、跨部门协同供应链、产品、设计团队，确保备货、上新；

任职资格 1、海内外名校，专业不限，3年以上工作经验，包括但不限于电商/市场营销/互联网运营/消费电子等领域/行业，英语水平优秀，海外电商运营经验不作为必须要求，团队管理经验不作为必须要求，主要看重人选综合素质，定位作为核心骨干长期培养。 2、有成功P0新品&促销上线案例，熟悉Shopify建站系统和后台操作，有0-1品牌站搭建经验或亿级站操盘经验优先； 3、逻辑思维强，擅长数据分析，精通GA4、Excel，能基于数据做决策，有清晰的电商运营思路，能针对不同业务阶段制定有效运营策略; 4、具有品牌化运营思维和sense，关注行业动态，对于品牌电商玩法矩阵熟悉并具有成熟的方法论优先; 5、策划及沟通能力强，有较强的创新与市场用户分析sense，项目管理及执行力强; 6、对海外电商的现状和发展趋势有深刻认识，能把握趋势; 7、具备较强的全局统筹和把控能力，有团队合作精神和领导能力，结果导向，owner意识强，能抗压，责任心强，为人诚信正直，耐心细心；
