工作职责 1、通过消费者需求洞察，及国内外主流运动产品与品牌分析，提出产品迭代与优化设计方案 2、按产品组合计划完成对应产品效果图设计与输出，对接工程图设计; 3、按照设计方案，与产品及研发同事配合，完成新产品的打样与开发; 4、深度参与过万级体量品类线的新品设计开发。 5、与生产团队合作，确保设计的可制造性和质量控制。 6、参与设计评审和迭代过程，以提升设计质量。

任职资格 1、本科以上学历，5年以上工业设计经验，对产品色彩、材料、工艺、表面处理有丰富的经验 2、具备优秀的草图创意绘制能力、2D效果图、3D建模渲染、工程图、手板制作跟进能力 3、熟练掌握Rhino/Keyshot Photoshop/CoreDRAW/AI/等相关设计软件，了解PROE、AUTOCAD等工程软件 4、具备良好的设计审美，对市场趋势有高度敏锐度，具备较强的设计同理心 5、具有优秀敏锐的视觉、色彩、造型、品牌调性感觉，品牌创意设计能力佳 6、具备良好的手绘功底，擅长工业和造型设计、能完成二维效果图及三维建模渲染 7、具备责任感和学习能力，能够直面压力接受挑战，良好的团队合作精神，良好的表达及沟通能力;
