职位描述 1. 课程数据分析与反馈： 深度分析双端（海内外APP）课程的完课率、复练率、退出节点及用户运动数据（如卡路里/心率区间），产出分析报告，为课程制作团队提供优化建议； 2. 内容上下架与排期管理： 负责两款APP的课程内容更新维护，包括课程元数据管理（标题/标签/封面图优化）、上线排期及类目管理； 3. 内容运营与促活： 策划轻量级的内容专题或打卡挑战活动（如“7天减脂挑战”），提升存量课程的活跃渗透率； 4. 用户反馈收集： 收集海内外用户对课程难易度、BGM、教练风格的反馈，协助制作团队进行课程迭代； 5. 竞品调研： 定期监控主流健身APP（Keep、Fitness+、Peloton等）的热门课程趋势，输出内容选题建议；

岗位要求： 1.全日制本科及以上学历，2-3年互联网内容运营经验。 2.具备强烈的运动健身习惯，为健身爱好者，英语读写熟练，具备运营海外APP、审核英文课程文案的能力； 3.精通Excel，能熟练处理大量课程埋点数据并制作可视化图表，具备内容敏感度，了解HIIT/瑜伽/力量训练的区别，并能判断课程质量优劣；

加分项： 1.体育/运动科学相关专业，或统计学/数据分析相关专业毕业者优先； 2.有在线教育、健身APP或视频内容平台（B站/抖音）运营经验者优先； 3.持有健身教练证书（如ACE/NSCA等）者优先； 4.具备SQL取数能力者优先。 5.有AI成功落地经验优先。
