岗位职责 1、制定物控策略，根据公司生产和销售计划，制定物资控制策略和计划，确保物资的合理供应和库存管理。 2、协助拉通采购管理，确保采购物资的质量和及时性。 3、库存管理，建立健全公司库存管理制度，进行库存的计划、控制和盘点，降低库存成本，提高库存周转率。 4、协助拉通物流管理，降低物流成本。供应链协调，与生产、销售、研发等部门密切合作，协调供应链各环节的工作，确保物资供应与生产、销售的顺利衔接。 5、风险管理，识别和防范物资供应过程中的风险，制定应对措施，确保物资供应的稳定性和连续性。 6、团队管理，领导和管理物控团队，培养和提升团队成员的专业能力和综合素质，建立高效的物控工作团队。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、采购管理等相关专业优先。 2、8 年以上物控相关工作经验，3 年以上物控管理经验，有大型制造企业或电商企业物控管理经验者优先。 3、熟悉物资采购、库存管理、物流配送等供应链各环节的工作流程和管理方法。 4、具备良好的成本控制意识和数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析优化物控策略。 5、具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队领导能力，能够有效地与内外部各方进行沟通和合作。 6、具备较强的风险意识和应变能力，能够及时应对物资供应过程中的突发情况。有AI成功落地经验优先
