职位描述 1.欧洲站点优化与增长(主责)，负责整个欧洲独立站的结构优化、卖点呈现、文案本地化、结算体验，深度负责英国&德国两大主力市场的转化瓶颈分析与增长策略，通过GA4/Shopify构建完整转化漏斗,定位问题并推动AB测试，优化税费显示、邮费呈现、支付方式(Klarna/PayPal/SEPA)等影响转化的关键节点 2.本地化内容与用户体验 负责欧洲站点的英语文案、页面内容、本地化FAQ、售后政策，如具备德语能力:校对德国站点文案、优化语言细节与 购物语境，与品牌设计团队协同输出欧洲版页面素材与卖点表达方式 3.广告增长协同(FB/Google/YouTube) 为投放团队提供欧洲市场创意策略、痛点拆解、落地页匹配方向，负责Europe营销素材的Brief、文案方向、转化架构 分析广告与独立站之间的落差,推动改善着陆体验,提升ROI与CVR； 4.活动节奏规划与执行 结合欧洲多国节奏制定统一+差异化活动策略:为各国制定不同折扣结构、赠品策略、Bundle方案，推动活动页、文案、倒计时逻辑等全链路上线 5.用户反馈闭环&跨部门协同 汇总欧洲用户的使用体验、售后问题,与客服、物流、产品团队推动改进，与开发团队沟通欧洲特有需求:语言包、税费逻辑、cookie合规、隐私政策，与品牌、PR、KOL团队协同内容策略,确保多方声音一致且贴合欧洲调性

任职资格 1.2年以上跨境独立站品牌运营经验(Shopify必须)； 2.有实操的欧洲市场经验:至少深度负责过英国或德国； 3.英语/德语流利,能独立产出站点文案、FAQ、Brief，会德语优先考虑； 4.对欧洲用户行为有实际理解:隐私敏感度、支付偏好、购物逻辑 5.熟悉GA4、AB测试、漏斗分析、Shopify转化优化 6.能和广告团队一起推进增长,理解CAC/CVR/AOV/ROI等指标 7.推动力强,能从数据定位问题并自主提出可落地方案
