工作职责："1、详细完成产品的机会洞察与定义工作，充分评估并明确技术实现路线及价格带布局，确保定义的产品与企业战略一致性； 2、主导市场调研（用户需求、竞争动态、供应链趋势等），输出品类洞察报告，与GTM配合洞察市场机会，驱动产品规划与用户价值实现； 3、主导产品需求分析，输出完整准确的PRD并完成立项，推动原型设计验证，平衡功能创新与成本控制，与项目经理协同推进需求落地，实现市场与用户价值转化； 4、以用户为中心，视野放眼全球市场（国内与欧美等海外市场），协调研发、设计、供应链团队，打造爆款的同时确保产品开发符合认证测试标准，监督交付周期满足市场时机需要； 5、拉通GTM、运营团队，制定产品策略，与市场策略形成组合拳拿到市场结果，监控销售数据及用户反馈，优化产品矩阵及推广策略，对市占率、毛利率、库存周转率负责。"

任职资格："1、专业及学历：本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、产品设计、康复医学、运动科学方向相关专业优先。 2、经验年限：5 年以上产品经理 / 产品企划经验，至少 3 年独立负责品类线管理经验，完整主导过至少1-2款智能硬件产品（从概念到上市）的生命周期管理。有成功和失败的经验更佳。 3、精通硬件研发流程： 深刻理解ID设计、MD设计、电子设计、固件/软件开发、模具、试产、量产、测试认证等全流程。能预估技术风险、时间节点和成本，主导过 2 个以上 IPD 模式下的产品开发项目； 4、精通市场与用户分析工具（五看、PEST、波特五力模型、KANO等）、产品定义工具（PRD/MRD/BRD、立项报告等），能结合 IPD 流程输出配套文档。 5、市场分析与机会识别： 熟练运用市场调研、用户研究、竞品分析、行业报告等手段，精准定义目标用户、痛点和市场机会。能清晰地量化市场潜力。 6、产品定义与价值主张： 基于市场需求和技术可行性，定义清晰的产品功能规格、用户体验和核心价值主张。确保产品有明确的市场定位和竞争优势，并能够形成明确的产品策略，与市场策略形成组合拳拿到市场结果。 7、有智能硬件 to C 领域经验，高客单价产品操盘经历优先，爱运动加分； 8、独立操盘过 1-2 款爆款产品（需提供商业数据证明，如市占率、销售额等）；具备 0-1 全链路打造爆品经验，有 GTM（产品上市）完整操盘经验优先。" 9、有AI成功落地经验优先。
