The posting

工作职责 1. 跨境物流体系规划与搭建：负责公司跨境物流网络整体规划，统筹头程运输、海外仓布局与分仓模型搭建、尾程配送方案设计，建立适配多平台（亚马逊 / 独立站 / TikTok Shop 等）的物流履约体系。 2. 物流成本管控：搭建物流费率核算与管控体系，主导货代、海外仓、尾程承运商的比价谈判与合同管理，持续优化单位物流成本，推动物流费率率指标达成。 3. 海外仓与库存管理：统筹海外仓库存分布与调拨策略，优化库存周转（如 60 天内周转目标），平衡备货深度与资金占用，减少滞销与断货风险。 4. 逆向物流与售后支持：搭建海外退货、售后维修件、退换货的逆向物流流程，协同售后团队完成拦截、退件回收与二次上架，控制售后物流损失。 5. 数据与系统建设：建立跨境物流数据看板与 KPI 体系（时效、成本、妥投率、异常率等），推动 TMS/WMS/ERP 等物流系统上线与优化，用数据驱动决策。 6. 供应商管理：建立货代、海外仓、清关行、尾程承运商的供应商池与绩效评估机制，优化资源组合，保障运力与稳定性。 7. 团队与跨部门协同：负责物流团队日常管理与人才培养，协同采购、计划、运营、售后等部门，保障跨境业务顺利开展。

任职资格 人才画像，我们希望找到这样的人： - 具备 3-5 年跨境电商物流或国际物流从业经验，有海外仓、头程干线或逆向物流实操经验，熟悉欧美主要市场物流规则； - 既有全局规划能力（能搭网络、建体系），也能落地执行（懂单证、清关、尾程细节），不纸上谈兵； - 对数字敏感、成本意识强，能通过数据分析发现问题和机会； - 抗压能力强，能处理跨境链路中的突发异常，具备较强的跨部门协调与谈判能力。

硬性要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、供应链管理等相关专业优先； 2. 3 年以上跨境物流经理 / 主管经验，有跨境电商大卖或品牌出海企业背景者优先； 3. 熟悉跨境物流全链路（头程、海外仓、清关、尾程、逆向），有物流商资源者优先； 4. 熟练使用 Excel 及数据分析工具，有 TMS/WMS/ERP 系统上线经验者优先； 5. 具备良好的英语读写能力，能处理海外物流单据及沟通； 6. 有团队管理经验，能够带教和培养下属。
