岗位职责： 1. 负责动态订单分配策略的设计与迭代，结合实时库存分布、物流时效与成本数据，优化发货路径 2. 负责自研系统的落地应用，基于一线运营痛点，提出并推动系统功能迭代需求 3. 建立分仓监控与分析机制，定期复盘各仓库的库容健康度、动销率和同区率。协同计划与采购团队，推动库存策略与前端销售预测的适配，实现淡旺季库存的合理调拨与布局 4. 主导仓配关键项目攻坚，例如逆向物流优化、SFP项目等 5. 根据业务扩张节奏，参与仓配网络的战略规划，负责新仓开业的全链路落地执行 6. 协助仓储负责人建立运营质量监控体系（SOP执行、KPI监控、成本分析），通过数据洞察识别流程瓶颈，持续推动仓配整体运营效率的提升

任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，熟悉国际物流体系及仓储运营体系；3-5年海外仓运营经验，有中大件（如家具、家电、户外用品） 或自营海外仓/大区多仓管理经验者优先 2、有一定的自研WMS系统搭建或者优化经验 3、具备3年以上海外仓运营管理经验；精通欧美快递计费规则和逻辑 4、具备良好自驱力，沟通能力，谈判能力 5、具备较强数据处理能力，熟练掌握Excel等办公软件
