1. 知识产权全生命周期管理：统筹负责商标、版权（含音乐版权）、域名、反不正当竞争、AIGC数字成果等全品类软知产管理，统筹国内外商标注册、变更、续展、异议、撤三、无效、答辩及版权登记、域名运维、数字成果合规确权等全流程工作；建立标准化知产台账，实现软知产资产规范化、常态化合规管控。 2. 品牌维权、争议处理与诉讼应诉：搭建品牌合规使用与授权管理机制，常态化开展全网侵权巡检，排查商标仿冒、品牌盗用、不正当竞争等风险，完成证据固定、线上投诉及维权处置；独立全权处理商标、版权、商业秘密、AIGC相关侵权纠纷，负责主诉、被诉全流程，包含案件研判、证据梳理、文书撰写、庭审应诉、和解谈判及案件归档，统筹重大维权专项，全面保障公司知产合法权益。 3. 商业秘密专项合规管控：专项负责公司商业秘密全维度体系建设与落地，界定技术及经营秘密范围、建立分级管控标准；完善涉密权限、保密协议、载体管理、员工离职保密等全链条管控机制；常态化开展涉密风险排查、权限稽核、漏洞整改及合规复盘，处置泄密、侵权纠纷及诉讼事项，筑牢公司核心技术与经营信息安全壁垒。 4. 广告合规与跨境风控：负责公司全域广告合规管理，依据国内外相关广告法审核全渠道宣传素材、产品话术，排查虚假宣传、绝对化用语等合规风险并闭环整改；熟悉主流跨境电商平台规则，统筹海外业务品牌、宣传、知产合规，处理平台投诉、违规申诉与整改工作。 5. 合规体系迭代、行业研判与内部赋能培训：持续完善公司知产、商业秘密、广告、跨境合规整体体系，常态化开展风险排查、问题复盘与流程优化；持续跟踪广告法、反不正当竞争、软知产、AIGC及跨境合规行业法规、司法动态，输出合规研判建议；面向各业务部门开展品牌合规、商密保护、广告风控、跨境平台规则等专项培训，编制操作指引，全面提升全员合规风控能力。

1. 学历资质：法学本科及以上学历，持有法律职业资格证（A证）；具备商标代理人资质者优先。 2. 从业经验： （1）3年以上企业法务、知名律所知识产权实务经验，熟练掌握商标、版权全流程管理与品牌合规工作； （2）可独立处理软知产流程、侵权维权、合同审核及纠纷案件； （3）同时具备商标代理经验+知产诉讼经验者优先； （4）有跨境电商、软件、科技制造行业经验者优先。 3. 专业能力：精通商标、版权、商业秘密、反不正当竞争、广告法相关法律法规，熟悉AIGC、数字成果等新型知识产权行业规则与合规要点；熟练掌握商业秘密专项合规管控、涉密风控及纠纷处置流程；熟练掌握国内外软知产申请、维权、争议处理全流程；熟悉跨境电商平台知产及广告合规规则，可独立处置各类合规及纠纷问题。 4. 综合素养：工作严谨细致、责任心强，逻辑思维清晰；具备优秀的风险预判、项目推进及跨部门协作能力；拥有体系化思维与商业思维，抗压性强，具备良好的合规服务意识与问题解决能力
