工作职责 1. 熟练使用Figma、PS、AI、AE等主流设计工具，精通智能硬件、IoT设备设计适配规则，熟悉硬件UI设计逻辑，了解硬件UI开发适配原理。 2. 熟悉用户反馈挖掘等可用性测试，基于用户数据、市场反馈、使用场景，输出体验分析报告，提出可落地的升级方案。 3. 熟悉设计趋势研究与创新落地，跟进前沿设计理念与商业化案例，将行业的创新交互范式落地到实际项目中，实现设计创新与商业化平衡。 4. 参与搭建、维护公司智能硬件UI设计规范、组件库，提升团队设计效率与输出一致性。 加分项 1. 有智能硬件、智能设备、车载HMI、硬件终端等相关赛道头部企业UI/交互/用户体验/人机交互设计等相关经验优先； 2. 具备多模态人机交互设计经验、可用性测试经验者优先； 3. 有成熟的AI硬件设计创新项目、AI设计流程优化、AI赋能设计落地实战经验者优先； 4. 具备完整智能硬件0-1新品落地、全链路项目操盘经验，有独立从零搭建产品设计体系、体验体系经验者优先。 投递必看：简历需附带个人设计作品集（链接/文件均可）
