工作职责 1.独立承担海外、国内App、网页、小程序、硬件彩屏等端口项目迭代的UI和交互全链路设计策略产出和方案落地工作； 2.为产品的品牌调性、视觉呈现、用户交互体验负责，提出有效可行的优化方案； 3.与项目各端（需求方、开发、测试、内容、运营等）讨论需求、设计策略以及推进具体的方案落地； 4.数据导向、用户导向、市场导向，通过各方调研为设计方案提供有力依据； 5.构建独特的产品品牌视觉语言，赋能各端业务的品牌宣传工作； 6.以专业的设计能力和前瞻性的设计视野赋能产品及团队，提升产品格调、提升团队设计能力； 7.沉淀设计组件，提高设计团队工作效率； 8.有不断探索学习的精神，敢于在工作中尝试新的设计技术，例如AIGC，赋能设计提质提效，突破现有设计能力局限。

1.全日制本科及以上，视传、广告、数字媒体类专业； 2.5年以上互联网海外产品设计经验； 3.精通Figma/Sketch/master go/PS/AI/AE等基础的设计工具； 4.熟悉ios、安卓等主流设计规范，熟悉各端用户体使用习惯； 5.逻辑清晰，有良好的跨部门沟通、协调与项目推动能力。

加分项： 1.985/211美术类院校优先； 2.有软硬结合跨端设计、运动健身相关领域经验者优先； 3.有3D建模、渲染、手绘能力可加分,有AI项目设计经验，对AIGC有一定了解和应用能力可加分; 4.具备市场用户画像、数据分析、设计策略文档（DRD）撰写能力.
