The posting

Meta is seeking a Systems Analyst to join Access & Compromise within Integrity Operations and lead access and compromise coverage for Meta AI as it scales across platforms, segments, and surfaces.

Integrity Operations works to create a safe atmosphere for the Meta communities through outstanding support, education, and care for the people who use our platforms. We help prevent online and real-world harm by building fast, scalable support systems for safety-related incidents, and by influencing partners to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.

This is a foundational role. The person in this role will define how account compromise and unauthorized access present on this surface, which users need the most protection, and what effective recovery looks like, then set the shared model that integrity product, support, and operations teams build from.

If you are energized by owning an ambiguous problem space end to end, defining measures where none exists, and building alignment across integrity, product, support, and operations organizations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the shared mental models and frameworks that integrity product, support, and operations teams operate from, and drive adoption across those organizations
  • Analyze and audit data to identify user trends, adversarial behavior, and emerging TTPs, and translate findings into product and operational recommendations
  • Lead investigations and resolve escalated issues involving account compromise, unauthorized access, and real-world risk
  • Own launch readiness for access and compromise coverage on new product surfaces, including detection and response products, and represents operational risk in launch decisions
  • Define and stand up a measurement for hacked account detection and recovery, including the mental model, labeling guidelines and workforce, testing, and the reporting that proves we are driving the right outcomes
  • Build recovery programs for affected users and close the gaps in Customer Support flows that will serve this cohort across the family of apps
  • Build cross-functional partnerships across the integrity product, engineering, support, and operations to create better outcomes for users
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics, build dashboards, and ensure that service goals and KPIs are met
  • Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences, including updates to leadership stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, technical program management, or an equivalent environment
  • Analytical experience using data to tell a story and influence direction, using intermediate to advanced SQL
  • Experience solving problems and breaking down ambiguous issues into component parts to develop solutions
  • Experience communicating with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, including engineering and technical teams
  • Experience defining metrics and standing up reporting for a new or undefined problem space
  • Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of defining operational strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and driving execution against defined goals
  • Experience in integrity, trust and safety, account security, or abuse and fraud operations
  • Experience building or deploying AI, ML, or automation solutions in production operational workflows
  • Experience building or operating labeling workforces, quality programs, or human review guidelines
  • Familiarity with account compromise and unauthorized access adversarial behavior, including TTP investigation
  • Knowledge of programming or data tooling such as Python, R, and data visualization tools

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
