Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Analyste Programmeur Décisionnel afin de contribuer au développement et à l’exploitation de solutions décisionnelles et de reporting.

Missions principales

  • Analyser les besoins fonctionnels liés aux sujets décisionnels, Data et reporting
  • Participer au développement et à l’évolution de solutions de Business Intelligence
  • Développer et maintenir les traitements nécessaires à l’alimentation et à l’exploitation des données
  • Concevoir, faire évoluer et maintenir les restitutions et solutions de reporting
  • Participer aux phases de tests, de recette et de mise en production
  • Analyser et corriger les incidents ou anomalies liés aux traitements décisionnels
  • Contribuer à la qualité, à la fiabilité et à la cohérence des données exploitées
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles dans le cadre des évolutions et projets Data / BI

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements Business Intelligence / décisionnel
  • Compétences en développement et exploitation de solutions de reporting et Data
  • Capacité à analyser des flux, traitements et données afin d’identifier les anomalies et axes d’amélioration
  • Bonne compréhension des problématiques de qualité et de fiabilité des données
  • Capacité à intervenir sur le cycle de vie d’une solution décisionnelle, du besoin jusqu’à la mise en production

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Autonomie, rigueur et capacité d’analyse
  • Esprit logique et capacité à résoudre des problématiques techniques
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs techniques et fonctionnels
  • Sens du service et attention portée à la qualité des livrables
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer clairement sur l’avancement des travaux

Expérience et formation

  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur des fonctions d’Analyste Programmeur, BI ou décisionnel
  • Expérience concrète dans le développement et l’exploitation de solutions de reporting / Data
  • Une expérience dans un environnement à forte volumétrie de données ou fortement réglementé constitue un plus
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, Data, Business Intelligence ou domaine équivalent appréciée
