Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe de Projet Infrastructure & Digital Workplace pour piloter et coordonner des projets IT couvrant notamment les environnements postes de travail et réseau. Si vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et relever des défis stimulants au sein d’une équipe engagée, cette mission est faite pour vous !

Missions principales

  • Piloter des projets Infrastructure et Digital Workplace.
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques et les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Piloter les sujets liés aux environnements Desktop et postes de travail.
  • Coordonner les sujets Network / Réseau.
  • Organiser et suivre les différentes étapes des projets.
  • Assurer le suivi des plannings, actions et livrables.
  • Identifier et suivre les risques, dépendances et points de blocage.
  • Animer les réunions de suivi et coordonner les différents intervenants.
  • Suivre les actions jusqu’à leur réalisation et assurer le reporting sur l’avancement des projets.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience en gestion de projets Infrastructure IT.
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements Digital Workplace
  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements Desktop / postes de travail.
  • Connaissances des environnements Network / Réseau.
  • Maîtrise du pilotage et de la coordination de projets IT.
  • Capacité à suivre les plannings, actions, risques, dépendances et livrables.
  • Capacité à coordonner plusieurs équipes techniques et parties prenantes.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Autonomie, organisation et rigueur.
  • Bonnes capacités de coordination et de communication.
  • Capacité à animer des réunions et à mobiliser différents interlocuteurs.
  • Esprit d’analyse et capacité à anticiper les risques et points de blocage.
  • Anglais intermédiaire minimum requis.

Expérience et formation

  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets Infrastructure.
  • Expérience concrète en Digital Workplace, Desktop et environnements réseau.
  • Expérience dans la coordination de projets impliquant plusieurs équipes et parties prenantes.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, infrastructures, systèmes d’information ou domaine équivalent appréciée.
