Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Développeur.se Python & IA Générative pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Développer et faire évoluer des solutions d’Intelligence Artificielle et de Machine Learning en Python
  • Concevoir et intégrer des fonctionnalités reposant sur les LLM, le RAG et les agents IA
  • Intervenir sur des cas d’usage IA appliqués notamment à des problématiques de conformité et de connaissance client (KYC)
  • Participer aux travaux de prompt engineering et de fine-tuning selon les cas d’usage
  • Industrialiser et déployer les solutions dans des environnements Cloud
  • Mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques MLOps et CI/CD
  • Développer et intégrer des API permettant l’exposition de services et modèles IA
  • Participer aux tests automatisés et garantir la qualité du code
  • Collaborer avec différentes équipes dans un environnement international et anglophone

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Excellente maîtrise de Python
  • Solide expérience en Intelligence Artificielle et Machine Learning
  • Expérience significative sur les LLM, RAG et agents IA
  • Maîtrise du prompt engineering et/ou du fine-tuning
  • Expérience avec des technologies telles que TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face ou LangChain
  • Connaissance d’au moins un environnement Cloud dédié à l’IA
  • Compétences en MLOps et CI/CD
  • Connaissance de SQL, NoSQL et/ou des bases vectorielles
  • Développement d’API avec FastAPI, Flask et/ou REST
  • Maîtrise de Docker, Kubernetes et Git
  • Expérience des tests automatisés et des bonnes pratiques de qualité de code
  • Utilisation d’outils modernes d’assistance au développement par IA et d’agentic coding

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Autonomie, rigueur et capacité d’analyse
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement technique complexe
  • Esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international
  • Anglais courant indispensable

Expérience et formation

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement Python avec une forte composante Intelligence Artificielle / Machine Learning
  • Expérience concrète dans la conception, l’intégration ou l’industrialisation de solutions d’IA
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, intelligence artificielle, data ou domaine équivalent
