Missions principales

Dans le cadre de projets d'évolution et de déploiement d'une plateforme ServiceNow au sein d'un environnement international, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst ServiceNow HRSD / WSD capable d'accompagner les métiers et les équipes techniques tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.

  • Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins des utilisateurs et des métiers.
  • Organiser et animer des ateliers fonctionnels avec les parties prenantes.
  • Formaliser les besoins sous forme de spécifications fonctionnelles et user stories.
  • Identifier les impacts, dépendances et risques associés aux évolutions demandées.
  • Concevoir les solutions fonctionnelles autour des modules HR Service Delivery (HRSD) et Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour valider les choix de conception.
  • Assurer le suivi des développements et garantir la conformité aux besoins exprimés.
  • Accompagner les différentes phases de recette et de validation.
  • Préparer et coordonner les mises en production.
  • Organiser et piloter les campagnes de tests utilisateurs (UAT).
  • Assurer le support fonctionnel post-déploiement et la phase de stabilisation.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'adoption des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
  • Participer à l'évolution de la plateforme ServiceNow et des processus métiers.
  • Contribuer à la gestion du backlog et à la définition des roadmaps.
  • Proposer des optimisations visant à améliorer l'expérience utilisateur et l'efficacité opérationnelle.

  • Participation à plusieurs projets ServiceNow menés de bout en bout.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux RH et Workplace Services.
