Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant Servicenow pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Volet technique (environ 70 %) Recueillir les besoins des équipes et les challenger. Piloter et réaliser la migration d’applications et de processus ITSM vers ServiceNow. Mettre à jour et fiabiliser la CMDB. Construire le catalogue de services et développer les workflows associés. Assurer le support de la plateforme et des utilisateur.rice.s. Volet gouvernance (environ 30 %) Échanger avec de nombreuses parties prenantes, en français et en anglais. Approfondir les sujets avec les équipes pour sécuriser les choix fonctionnels et techniques. Contribuer au suivi de l’avancement et à la coordination de la phase d’industrialisation.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Solide expertise technique sur la plateforme ServiceNow.
  • Excellente maîtrise des migrations ITSM vers ServiceNow.
  • Maîtrise de la CMDB, du Service Catalog et du Flow Designer / workflows.
  • Bonne connaissance des modules ITSM : Incident, Problem, Change, Request.
  • Connaissance des bonnes pratiques ITIL.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Aisance relationnelle avec des interlocuteur.rice.s nombreux.ses et variés.
  • Capacité à challenger les besoins et à creuser les sujets.
  • Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un contexte de transformation (carve-in).
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Expérience et formation

  • 5 années d’expérience minimum sur ServiceNow, dont une part significative sur des sujets techniques.
  • Expérience confirmée sur des projets de migration ITSM vers ServiceNow.
  • Formation Bac+5 en informatique, ou expérience équivalente.
