Fondée avec l’ambition d’accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion et l’optimisation de leurs infrastructures IT, METALINE a su évoluer pour répondre aux enjeux technologiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes d’exploitation informatique, nous recherchons un.e Technicien.ne Support à l’Exploitation pour accompagner les pilotes d’exploitation et contribuer au bon fonctionnement de la supervision.

Vous interviendrez en appui des équipes opérationnelles afin d’absorber les pics d’activité, de réaliser les opérations courantes et de garantir la bonne transmission des informations entre les équipes de pilotage, de support N2 et N3.

Missions principales

Support aux pilotes d’exploitation

  • Participer à la supervision et à l’absorption des pics de charge.
  • Exécuter les opérations courantes conformément aux procédures établies.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de pilotage, de support N2 et N3.

Gestion des opérations et suivi de production

  • Gérer les checkouts et les demandes d’accès aux environnements EMC.
  • Réaliser les contrôles et vérifications sur les différents clients.
  • Produire et transmettre les reportings et météos de production.
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes et signaler les anomalies rencontrées.

Amélioration continue et accompagnement

  • Identifier les axes d’amélioration des méthodes et outils existants.
  • Contribuer à l’évolution des procédures et de la méthodologie.
  • Accompagner les nouveaux pilotes dans leur prise de poste : accès, comptes clients, droits sur les outils et montée en compétences via e-SkillsMatrix.
  • Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité et signaler tout événement susceptible d’impacter le plateau ou le système d’information.
  • Répondre aux sollicitations des managers pour l’analyse de sujets techniques.
  • Assurer la saisie mensuelle de son activité dans les délais impartis.

Profil recherché

Vous justifiez de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en exploitation informatique, supervision ou pilotage de production.

Vous disposez idéalement des compétences suivantes :

  • Connaissance des environnements d’exploitation et de supervision informatique.
  • Maîtrise de l’exécution de procédures et du suivi des opérations de production.
  • Capacité à analyser les incidents, à prioriser les demandes et à effectuer les escalades nécessaires.
  • Utilisation d’outils de ticketing et de suivi, idéalement ServiceNow.
  • Capacité à rédiger des reportings et à assurer des passations claires entre équipes.
  • Sensibilité aux règles de sécurité et aux exigences de traçabilité.
