Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Chef de projet Cybersécurité pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Structurer et maintenir la feuille de route cybersécurité du SI Industriel.
  • Piloter les chantiers de remédiation issus des audits et des analyses de risques, en garantissant la continuité des opérations industrielles.
  • Prioriser les actions et identifier les quick wins.
  • Coordonner les différents acteurs : équipes SI Industriel, RSSI, infrastructures, réseaux, partenaires et prestataires.
  • Piloter et accompagner le déploiement des mesures de sécurité sur l’ensemble des sites.
  • Animer les comités de suivi et assurer le reporting sur l’avancement, les risques et les priorités.
  • Suivre les prestataires et les partenaires intervenant sur les chantiers.
  • Participer aux analyses de risques et à la définition des plans d’actions.
  • Contribuer aux déploiements techniques lorsque nécessaire.
  • Assurer l’interface entre les équipes IT, OT et cybersécurité.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expertise en cybersécurité industrielle (OT) et en sécurisation d’environnements industriels et critiques.
  • Maîtrise de la segmentation et de la sécurisation des réseaux IT/OT.
  • Bonne connaissance des solutions de gestion des accès distants (SRA) et de Bastion / PAM.
  • Connaissances solides en Active Directory et en PKI / gestion des certificats.
  • Expérience en gestion des vulnérabilités, supervision et journalisation.
  • Connaissances en virtualisation, infrastructures et PCA / PRA.
  • Compréhension des enjeux de convergence IT/OT.
  • Maîtrise du pilotage de projets cybersécurité, de la gestion de feuille de route, de la gouvernance et du reporting.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellentes capacités de coordination multi-acteurs.
  • Aisance dans les échanges avec des interlocuteur.rice.s IT, OT, RSSI et métiers.
  • Approche pragmatique et orientée terrain.
  • Capacité à prioriser, à structurer et à arbitrer dans un contexte multi-sites.
  • Capacité à combiner coordination, expertise technique et accompagnement des équipes.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience significative en cybersécurité industrielle et/ou OT.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets complexes et multi-sites.
  • Une expérience de pilotage de plans de remédiation post-audit est un vrai plus.
  • Formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou université) en informatique, réseaux ou cybersécurité, ou expérience équivalente.
