Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe de projet IT pour une mission stratégique.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Pilotage budgétaire et planning : Maîtrise des coûts, des délais et de la gestion des jalons (milestones industriels).
  • Approche hybride (Cycle en V & Agile) : Capacité à mener des projets structurés en V (exigé pour la sécurité et la traçabilité des systèmes aéronautiques) tout en intégrant l'agilité pour les briques logicielles ou applicatives flexibles.
  • Gestion des risques et des exigences : Traçabilité rigoureuse des besoins (exigences systèmes et logicielles) et anticipation des risques critiques (opérationnels, de sécurité ou de conformité).
  • Environnement Aéronautique : Compréhension des cycles de vie des programmes aéro (civils ou militaires, ex: maintenance, rétrofit, supply chain aéronautique).
  • Normes de criticité et de qualité : Sensibilité aux standards de l'industrie (ex: DO-178C / DO-254 pour l'embarqué, ou normes de gestion de configuration industrielle).
  • Cybersécurité & Souveraineté : Application des directives de sécurité des systèmes d'information (SSI) et protection des données sensibles ou classifiées.
  • Maîtrise des environnements serveurs, réseaux (locaux et sécurisés), datacenter ou environnements cloud souverains / on-premise.
  • Pilotage de déploiements, d'intégrations ou de migrations de progiciels complexes (ex: ERP type SAP, PLM, outils de MCO / SLI).

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Compréhension des flux de données et des interfaces entre les briques logicielles et les systèmes industriels.
  • Gestion des contraintes de continuité d'activité, de haute disponibilité et d'intégration dans des architectures industrielles contraintes
  • Leadership pour piloter les équipes pluridisciplinaires
  • Bonne communication pour faire le pont entre les équipes IT impliquées et la direction
  • Priorisation en fonction des enjeux métiers / projets
  • Habilitation secret défense ou habilitable, aucun antécédent judiciaire (éliminatoire)

Expérience et formation

  • Profil confirmé avec 3 à 8 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion de projets IT, idéalement acquise dans des environnements industriels exigeants (Aéronautique, Défense, Spatial, Énergie, Automobile hautement automatisée)
  • Expérience passée dans le secteur de la Défense ou en lien avec des industriels de l'aéronautique (gestion de la configuration, exigences de traçabilité, standards de sûreté/sécurité)
