Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Expert.e senior en observabilité et hypervision IBM Netcool / AIOps pour contribuer à l’évolution et à l’opérabilité d’une plateforme de supervision à grande échelle.

Missions principales

  • Déployer les actions définies dans la roadmap technique, en coordination avec le Product Owner et le Product Manager.
  • Contribuer au delivery et à l’évolution du produit d’hypervision et d’AIOps.
  • Garantir l’opérabilité de la plateforme IBM Tivoli Netcool Operations Insight et assurer son support.
  • Développer les capacités d’AIOps et assurer une veille technologique sur les solutions d’observabilité et d’hypervision.
  • Intervenir sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie du produit : Build, Build to Run et Run.
  • Prendre en charge les besoins et remontées des équipes Run et Service Managers, assurer leur suivi et participer aux astreintes ponctuelles associées.
  • Contribuer au pilotage budgétaire du produit en appui au Product Owner.
  • Collaborer avec le Product Manager pour aligner les évolutions techniques sur la stratégie d’observabilité du client.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et à la qualité de service de la plateforme.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expertise confirmée sur les solutions IBM Tivoli Netcool, notamment Netcool Operations Insight et Netcool/Impact.
  • Bonne connaissance des technologies d’hypervision, d’observabilité et d’AIOps.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile et des outils Jira et Confluence.
  • Bonne maîtrise des processus ITIL et des activités de support et d’exploitation.
  • Capacité à intervenir sur des plateformes de supervision à grande échelle, dans un environnement sécurisé et exigeant, idéalement bancaire.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, les Product Owners, les Product Managers et les Service Managers.
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, avec de bonnes capacités de reporting.
  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation dans la mise en œuvre des actions de la roadmap.
  • Force de proposition, curiosité technique et capacité à accompagner l'amélioration continue.
  • Sens du service client et orientation utilisateur.

Expérience et formation

  • Expérience senior en ingénierie d'observabilité, d'hypervision ou de supervision IT.
  • Expérience significative sur les solutions IBM Netcool dans des environnements complexes.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou dans un environnement fortement sécurisé constitue un atout.
