Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e Expert Virtualisation VMware / Cloud Hybride (H/F) pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

Architecture et virtualisation VMware

  • Étudier, concevoir et déployer des architectures VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
  • Administrer et faire évoluer les environnements VMware, notamment les clusters vSAN.
  • Configurer et gérer les infrastructures réseau et la sécurité via NSX, notamment la micro-segmentation.
  • Analyser les flux réseau et exploiter les outils de visibilité associés.

Cloud hybride et migration

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de solutions de migration vers le cloud hybride.
  • Déployer et configurer VMware HCX pour les phases de preuve de concept et les migrations de machines virtuelles.
  • Contribuer aux projets de migration d’environnements on-premise vers AWS.

Infrastructures matérielles et systèmes

  • Déployer et administrer des infrastructures serveurs HPE Synergy, Dell et Cisco UCS.
  • Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des équipements, les mises à jour de firmwares et la gestion des vulnérabilités.
  • Intervenir sur des environnements Nutanix.

Supervision, automatisation et documentation

  • Assurer la supervision, le capacity planning et l’optimisation des ressources.
  • Développer des scripts et automatisations avec PowerShell, PowerCLI, Ansible et Terraform.
  • Traiter les incidents et demandes via les outils de suivi dédiés.
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique.
  • Participer aux réunions avec des équipes internationales en anglais.

Profil recherché

  • Profil habilitable (contexte Défense)
  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en infrastructure IT et virtualisation sur des environnements complexes.
  • Vous disposez d’une expertise sur l’écosystème VMware : VCF, NSX, vSAN, vROps, HCX et vRNI.
  • Vous maîtrisez les environnements matériels HPE Synergy, Dell et Cisco UCS.
  • Vous avez une expérience des infrastructures Nutanix.
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en scripting et automatisation : PowerShell, PowerCLI, Ansible et Terraform.
  • Vous avez déjà participé à des projets de migration vers le cloud hybride, idéalement avec VMware HCX et AWS.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement international et pouvez participer à des réunions en anglais.
