Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Ingénieur SharePoint N3 / Expert Microsoft 365 pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Assurer l'administration et le support de niveau 3 sur les environnements SharePoint OnPremise et SharePoint Online.
  • Garantir la stabilité, la performance et la sécurité des plateformes collaboratives.
  • Analyser et traiter les incidents complexes, identifier les causes racines et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives.
  • Accompagner les projets de migration, d'évolution et d'optimisation des environnements SharePoint.
  • Administrer le tenant Microsoft 365 (gestion des sites, bibliothèques, permissions et gouvernance).
  • Automatiser les tâches d'exploitation et d'administration via PowerShell et les outils Microsoft.
  • Assurer le support et l'expertise sur la Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des services, des processus et de l'architecture technique.
  • Rédiger et maintenir les procédures d'exploitation et la documentation technique.
  • Apporter un rôle de référent technique auprès des équipes support N2.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expertise SharePoint Server (OnPremise) et SharePoint Online.
  • Administration Microsoft 365 et gestion de tenant.
  • Maîtrise de PowerShell pour l'automatisation et l'administration.
  • Bonne connaissance de la Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate et Power BI.
  • Gestion des droits, permissions, bibliothèques documentaires et sites SharePoint.
  • Diagnostic et résolution d'incidents complexes.
  • Analyse des causes racines (RCA), remédiation et optimisation des performances.
  • Connaissances des enjeux de sécurité et de gouvernance Microsoft 365.
  • Expérience des projets de migration vers SharePoint Online ou Microsoft 365.

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Sens du service et orientation client.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle pour la documentation technique.
  • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques auprès d'interlocuteurs variés.
  • Force de proposition dans l'amélioration des architectures et processus.
  • Esprit d'équipe et collaboration transverse.

Expérience et formation

  • Bac +3 à Bac +5 en informatique.
  • Expérience significative (5 ans minimum souhaités) en administration ou ingénierie SharePoint.
  • Expérience confirmée sur des environnements Microsoft 365 en exploitation et en support N3.
  • Une certification Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365 ou Power Platform serait un plus.
