Dans le cadre de notre croissance et pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’un de nos clients, nous recherchons un.e Consultant.e [NOM DU POSTE] pour une mission stratégique.

Missions principales

  • Participer à la définition et à l'évolution de la stratégie de tests.
  • Analyser les User Stories, spécifications fonctionnelles et mapping des données.
  • Rédiger les plans de tests, scénarios et cas de tests.
  • Préparer les jeux de données nécessaires à l'exécution des campagnes de tests.
  • Exécuter les tests fonctionnels et de non-régression.
  • Participer à l'automatisation des tests.
  • Identifier, qualifier et suivre les anomalies jusqu'à leur résolution.
  • Produire les rapports d'avancement et les bilans de tests.
  • Maintenir le référentiel de tests à jour.
  • Participer aux cérémonies Agile.
  • Assurer un rôle de coordination et de référent auprès des testeurs du Pôle Qualité.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience significative en test et validation d'applications.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de tests fonctionnels.
  • Connaissance des outils et pratiques d'automatisation des tests.
  • API Management.
  • SQL pour la vérification et l'analyse des données.
  • Gestion des anomalies et suivi des correctifs.
  • Bonne compréhension des flux de données et des interfaces applicatives.
  • Expérience des environnements Agile (Scrum, Kanban).

Aptitudes et Compétences Relationnelles

  • Expérience de 4 à 10 ans en tant qu'Analyste de Tests et Validation.
  • Capacité à comprendre les enjeux métiers et réglementaires.
  • Maîtrise des processus de qualification et de recette.
  • Bonne communication avec les équipes métiers et techniques.
  • Autonomie dans la préparation et l'exécution des campagnes de tests.
  • Expérience de coordination ou de référent qualité appréciée.

  • Rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Force de proposition dans l'amélioration des processus qualité.
  • Bon relationnel et sens du service.
