Das erwartet dich:

  • Du führst und entwickelst ein sechsköpfiges Customer Engagement Team sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch weiter und förderst ein positives, serviceorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Du stellst eine schnelle, kompetente Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Kundenanfragen über Hotline und E-Mail sicher und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Inbound-Prozesse.
  • Du verantwortest die systematische Weiterentwicklung unserer mittelgroßen Bestandskunden und identifizierst aktiv Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team begleitest du Jahresgespräche, entwickelst Kunden-Roadmaps und treibst strategische Weiterentwicklungen voran.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Key Account Management, Customer Success, Product und Support zusammen und koordinierst die Bearbeitung komplexerer Kundenanliegen.
  • Du stellst eine hohe Datenqualität in unserem CRM sicher und verantwortest zentrale KPIs wie Reaktionszeiten, Conversion Rates und Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Du entwickelst Prozesse, Tools und Abläufe im Customer Engagement kontinuierlich weiter, um Effizienz und Kundenerlebnis nachhaltig zu verbessern.
  • Du bringst Kundenfeedback aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Hard- und SaaS-Produkte ein und unterstützt damit unsere Mission, herausragende Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Account Management, Inside Sales oder Customer Engagement – idealerweise im Umfeld erneuerbarer Energien oder von SaaS-Lösungen.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder eine klare Leadership-Ambition mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren, zu entwickeln und zu stärken.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung.
  • Strukturierte, datenbasierte Arbeitsweise mit sicherem Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und KPI-basiertem Arbeiten.
  • Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Prozesse zu optimieren und effizienter zu gestalten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Betreuung unserer internationalen Kund:innen.
