Jobomschrijving

Als Consultant bij Michael Page combineer je dagelijks het kandidaten- en klantenluik. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces en bent de brug tussen bedrijven en talent. Hieronder vind je de verschillende verantwoordelijkheden: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Analyseren van de rekruteringsbehoeften van klanten en uitwerken van een doeltreffende zoekstrategie.
  • Screenen en interviewen van kandidaten op ervaring, competenties, motivatie en culturele fit.
  • Begeleiden & adviseren van kandidaten tijdens het volledige selectieproces.
  • Onderhandelen over salarispakketten en arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Business Development & Client Management:

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met bestaande en potentiële klanten, waarbij je optreedt als strategische recruitmentpartner.
  • Identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten en uitwerken van een business development-strategie binnen jouw specialisatie/regio.
  • Adviseren van klanten over trends, salarisbenchmarks, beschikbaar talent en de meest geschikte recruitmentaanpak.
  • Versterken van jouw netwerk door klantenmeetings, lunches en professionele netwerkevents.

Marktkennis & Expertise:

  • Opbouwen van een sterk netwerk binnen jouw markt en specialisatie.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van trends binnen de arbeidsmarkt en jouw sector.
  • Delen van marktinzichten met klanten en kandidaten.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van Michael Page tijdens professionele netwerkevents, sectorgerichte activiteiten of in de media.
  • Ontwikkelen van expertise door opleidingen, trainingen en deelname aan relevante events.

Teamontwikkeling:

  • Ondersteunen en coachen van junior consultants door kennisdeling en begeleiding.
  • Uitbouwen van een sterk intern netwerk en creëren van synergieën met collega's binnen de Page Group.
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen België en Europa om expertise te delen, klantrelaties te versterken en gezamenlijke commerciële groei te realiseren.
  • Meewerken aan interne initiatieven rond welzijn, employer branding en maatschappelijke projecten.

Innovatie & Continue ontwikkeling:

  • Optimaliseren van recruitmentprocessen en workflows.
  • Opnemen van interne projecten en verbeterinitiatieven om processen efficiënter te maken.
  • Actief deelnemen aan trainingen, workshops en ontwikkelingsprogramma's.
  • Je expertise verder uitbouwen door nieuwe projecten op te nemen en initiatief te tonen.

Als Junior Recruitment Consultant herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je bent energiek, enthousiast en haalt voldoening uit het contact met kandidaten, klanten, collega's en andere stakeholders.
  • Je houdt moeiteloos het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en weet verschillende taken tegelijk efficiënt te beheren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands of Frans, en een goede beheersing van het Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving waar veranderingen en deadlines deel uitmaken van de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je zoekt een omgeving waar ambitie, inzet en resultaten worden beloond en waar je elke dag de kans krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
