Notre client est une société internationale également basée à Genève, active dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes finance, nous recherchons un Contrôleur de gestion capable d'accompagner le pilotage de la performance et d'apporter un véritable soutien aux opérationnels.

Missions

  • Participer aux processus budgétaires et de prévisions
  • Produire les reportings périodiques et les analyses de performance
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés et analyser les écarts
  • Accompagner les managers dans le pilotage de leur activité
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des outils et processus financiers
  • Réaliser des analyses ad hoc pour la direction

Profil du candidat

  • Formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité ou contrôle de gestion
  • Expérience confirmée en contrôle de gestion
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Aisance avec les outils de reporting et Excel
  • Français courant, anglais apprécié.
